You Decide
You approve the work or you don't — no pressure. If we fix it, you're billed in 15-minute increments beyond the $120 diagnostic fee. Mileage charge may apply for locations over 15 miles.

How to Maintain Your Spa Between Repairs
Proper maintenance can drastically reduce the need for costly repairs. Here are a few simple tips to keep your hot tub running smoothly:
- Check and balance water chemistry weekly.Imbalanced pH or sanitizer levels can corrode equipment or cause scale buildup.
- Clean the filter regularly.A clogged filter restricts water flow, putting extra strain on the pump and heater. Rinse it weekly and soak it in a specialized cleaner monthly.
- Keep the cover on and secure.This not only saves energy but also keeps debris out of the water, reducing the workload on your filtration system.
- Drain and refill every 3-4 months.Starting fresh prevents total dissolved solids (TDS) from building up and making your water cloudy and hard to balance.
