1. Services Provided
Spa Pro Toledo provides professional pool and spa repair, installation, and maintenance services. All work is performed by licensed and trained technicians.
2. Diagnostic Fee
We charge a flat $120 diagnostic service call fee. This covers the travel to your location and a full diagnosis of the issue. A written estimate will be provided before any repair work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for the diagnostic fee is due at the time of service. For approved repairs, payment terms will be outlined in the provided estimate. We accept cash and major credit cards.
4. Mileage Charge
Our standard service call fee applies to locations within 15 miles of our base in Toledo, OH. A reasonable mileage charge may apply for locations outside this radius.
5. Liability
Spa Pro Toledo is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues caused by improper maintenance by the owner or previous service providers.
